Strategicon's Orccon 2012 is honored to once again host a Pre-Pre-Qualifier for the Catan North American Championship 2013. Players will compete to win a trip to Origins 2013 to play for a seat in the CNAC. The trip includes hotel, 4 day badge to Origins (both sponsored by Mayfair) and air transportation (sponsored by Strategicon). Orccon 2013 will provide attendees with two chances on Saturday and Sunday afternoon to qualify for a seat in the Semi-Finals on Sunday night. Full details are available at the convention website. This is a casual event, but there will be some scheduled games, tournaments, game demos, and a charity auction. Sign-Up sheets for events will be posted on site by 10 AM. The Creative Play Project is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization committed to providing table-top games, gaming programs, and training materials to youth clubs and activity centers across the United States. |
